Job Description:

As an Administrator, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks and providing essential support to different departments within the company.   4. Support the HR department in tasks related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  5. Assist with financial administration, such as processing invoices, expenses, and purchase orders.
  6. Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that stock levels are maintained.
  7. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate individuals.
  8. Act as a point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of queries.
  9. Contribute to the planning and coordination of company events and meetings.
  10. Collaborate with other administrators and team members to ensure efficient cross-departmental support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
  4. Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
