Job Description:

As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our executives, enabling them to focus on their core responsibilities effectively. You will be a key point of contact, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing schedules, and handling various tasks with a high level of efficiency and discretion.   1. Manage and maintain the executive team’s calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  2. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, responding to inquiries and directing communication to the appropriate individuals.
  3. Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
  4. Act as a liaison between executives and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
  5. Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
  6. Take meeting minutes and maintain accurate records of important discussions and decisions.
  7. Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  8. Assist in preparing financial documentation, expense reports, and invoices.
  9. Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  10. Proactively identify areas where support is needed and take initiative to assist the executive team in various tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  1. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  2. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
  4. Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information and matters.
  7. Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  8. A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Location and Benefits:
