4. Candidate Obligations
As a candidate using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information about your background
- Inform us of any changes to your employment status
- Attend scheduled interviews and meetings
- Give reasonable notice if withdrawing from the recruitment process
- Not misrepresent your qualifications or experience
5. Fees and Payment
Our fee structure varies depending on the service provided:
- Permanent placement fees are typically a percentage of the candidate's annual salary
- Contract and temporary staffing fees are charged based on hourly/daily rates
- Executive search fees may include retained search components
- All fees are subject to VAT where applicable
- Payment terms are typically 30 days from invoice date
6. Replacement Guarantee
For permanent placements, we offer a replacement guarantee period:
- If a candidate leaves within the first 8 weeks, we provide a free replacement
- If a candidate leaves between 8-16 weeks, we provide a replacement at 50% fee
- The guarantee is subject to the client fulfilling their obligations
- The replacement must be of equivalent quality and suitability
7. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding:
- Client business information and requirements
- Candidate personal and professional information
- Salary and compensation details
- Any commercially sensitive information shared with us
8. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited as follows:
- We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service
- We are not responsible for candidate performance after placement
- We provide services with reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee outcomes
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate our services agreement with reasonable notice. Termination does not affect obligations that have already arisen or fees due for services already provided.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
